JUSTINE A. DALTON, Waterloo Commercial Litigation, Family and Employment Lawyer

Justine articled with Duncan, Linton LLP, and joined the firm as an associate following her call to the bar in 2017. Justine focuses her practice on commercial litigation, family law and employment law.

Born and raised in Waterloo, Ontario, Justine graduated from St. David Catholic Secondary School and attended the University of Waterloo where she earned an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2012. Justine attended the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia, where she earned a Juris Doctor in 2016.

While at Dalhousie University, Justine volunteered for the Dalhousie Journal of Legal Studies and for Pro Bono Students Canada, serving as a member of the Pro Bono Advisory Committee. Justine spent many Sundays in Halifax at the curling rink as a member of the Dalhousie L’Eagles intramural curling team.

Outside of work, Justine enjoys hunting for antiques, watching hockey, and spending time with family and friends.
