Alex’s practice is focused on business law, commercial litigation, wills, estate administration and estate planning, real estate, and municipal law.
Alex was called to the bar in 2022 and joined Duncan, Linton LLP as an associate in 2024. Prior to joining Duncan, Linton LLP, Alex practiced business law, and wills and estates law at a prominent law firm in Windsor, Ontario.
Following his upbringing in Red Deer, Alberta, Alex relocated to Calgary to pursue his education at the University of Calgary, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy in 2017. Following the completion of Alex’s undergraduate degree, he took a year off to solo backpack throughout Europe before enrolling in law school.
Upon Alex’s return, he attended the University of Windsor Faculty of Law where he earned a Juris Doctor in 2021. During his summer months, Alex worked as a research assistant for the international environmental law professor and as a construction labourer for a concrete company.
Outside of work, Alex can be found hiking, skiing, and competing in a variety of activities including golf, volleyball, squash, hockey, and pickleball.
