About Mark E. Simon
Mark articled with Duncan, Linton LLP and joined the firm as an associate after his call to the bar in June 2019. Mark’s practice focuses business law, commercial litigation, wills and estates, and real estate.
Mark was born and raised in Kitchener, Ontario, and attended Wilfrid Laurier University earning an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in philosophy, a Master of Business Administration degree, and a Master of Arts degree in philosophy. Mark attended the University of Windsor and earned a Juris Doctor degree in 2018.
During his time at Windsor Law, Mark volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada, worked as a litigator for Community Legal Aid, represented the University of Windsor in an international mock Major League Baseball salary arbitration, and was a member of the University of Windsor first-place international business negotiation team.
Mark spends most of his free time pursuing his passion for music, participating in a variety of sports, and spending time with his family, friends, and dogs.
