About Patrick J. Kraemer
Patrick’s practice focuses on municipal, planning and business law.
Patrick uses his knowledge, experience and legal expertise to understand his clients and their business and economic challenges to provide workable, practical and effective solutions. He represents a number of municipalities and other public bodies throughout Ontario and business clients from a broad range of industries. Patrick has appeared before various tribunals and the courts including the Ontario Municipal Board, the Tax Court of Canada, the Federal Court, the Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Appeal.
Patrick received his LL.B. in 2005 from Osgoode Hall Law School. He has a Master’s of Environmental Studies degree in Urban Planning from the University of Waterloo (2002), an Honour’s Bachelor of Arts degree with a joint major in Political Science and Sociology from the University of Guelph (1999). Patrick has attended Conestoga College, Trent University and has partially completed his M.B.A. at York University.
Prior to practicing law, Patrick’s career included twelve years working in the municipal sector as well as experience in investment banking and business. Patrick has also served on various boards, agencies and industry associations.
