ZACHARY D. D’AMICO, Kitchener-Waterloo Commercial Litigation and Wills & Estates Lawyer

Zachary’s practice is focused on commercial litigation, wills, estate administration, estate planning, estate litigation, real estate, and municipal law.

Zachary was called to the bar in 2024 and joined Duncan, Linton LLP as an associate in 2025. Prior to joining Duncan, Linton LLP, Zachary practiced Family Law and Wills and Estates Law with a law firm in Waterloo, Ontario.

Zachary graduated from the University of Guelph with an Honours degree in Criminal Justice and Public Policy and minored in Political Science. Zachary attended the Bora Laskin Faculty of Law at Lakehead University where he earned a Juris Doctor in 2024.

During his second year of law school, Zachary worked at Lakehead Community Legal Services providing legal services to low-income residents of Northern Ontario.

In his third year of law school, Zachary competed at the Tort Law Moot Competition, where his team won the award for “Best Factum.”

When he is not practicing law, Zachary enjoys watching and playing all sports, particularly hockey, baseball, and golf.
