Duncan, Linton LLP COVID-19 Statement

Duncan, Linton LLP is committed to the wellbeing of our clients and staff. Currently, we remain open so we can access information to meet the needs of our clients as they find their legal and business situation changing during the current crisis.

To ensure the health and safety of our community, we are implementing several changes to how we operate, including:

  • Moving to phone and video meetings for clients wherever possible to limit in-person meetings.
  • If you are feeling ill and currently have a scheduled meeting with our office, please call or email our office to make alternative arrangements.
  • We ask anyone who does visit our office to only do so if permitted by the current recommended quarantine/self-isolation guidelines.
  • We are actively changing our systems to allow for remote working for our staff.

You should also be aware that regular Court operations in Ontario have been suspended effective March 17, 2020. If you have a pending Court date with our office or an urgent matter, please contact our office for assistance immediately.

We know that these times create uncertainty, both emotional and financial. The entire Duncan, Linton LLP team is committed to providing the best level of service and care you have come to expect from us. As we move more of our staff to work from home, we recognize we may not be as quick to respond as we would like. We ask for your patience with our team as we continue to support each other.
